HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION

Hospital administration or health care management is a specialized field which involves, coordination, management, planning and organisation of the hospitals myriad activities and recourses. The health care manger provide the organizational framework for the smooth functioning of the hospital process.

Administrators responsibilities include financial and human recourse planning, controlling the purchase and the distribution supplies, building and equipment maintenance, managing investment in the infrastructure, personal management, disposal of hospital waste ,evaluating competition, organizing support services, such as laundry catering etc.

Job market:
The hospital administrator can seek the employment in major and minor hospitals ,nursing home and other health care organisation.
