| The site though still in development is ready for testing in a real life environment. The testing we want |
| to carry out at this stage comprises the establishment of 10-12 classes of about 45 minutes each. Each |
| selected student would be required to attend online 10 classes. Following completion of all ten classes |
| the student would be paid in full. We would be looking for the student to attend the class and then complete |
| a questionaire to assist us in understanding both your views on the process and on your experience. |
| The rate we will pay per class attended is $10, meaning a final payment of $100 on completion of the |
| 10 classes. |

| We anticipate the test classes would run the last week of Feb and the first week of March. |
|

| Students and teachers will be from across the globe so the window for classes will be narrowly defined. |
| We anticipate most of the test classes would take place 6pm - 11 pm India time. |

|
| Though no specifc skills are required, we are looking for students with a good i.net connection, mic, |
| webcam and headset as this greatly improves the online experience. |
