A legal battle has already started between the Chattisgarh government and the private universities. Some of universities, those has denotified, say the new regulation of the state government is arbitrary and baseless. It is understood, the state government has asked some acres of land and some crores of rupees as prerequisite for eligible to be notified university. State government should pass the regulation keeping on confidence these universities and students interest. If the state government has denotified these universities, should pass certain regulation about the students career plan. It is ridiculous, the student’s career totally in jeopardize. Neither private universities nor government have taken care the students future. The student mass never tolerates this and can revolt in future. Students are our future, their career is the wealth of country, and their progress tends to country progress. Politicians and private universities should understand and educate themselves if they don’t understand.
