Rule for foreign university/institution

AICTE, the nodal agency for technical studies has issued a notice no ?AICTE/Legal/5(2)/2005 , that all the foreign university /institution carrying on activities in India , shall have to get approval from AICTE within the 6 months from the date of notice. Failure to that shall attract stringent penal action under the Indian Penal code and other relevant laws. Details available in : www.aicte.ernet.in?
